All payments are processed in Algerian Dinar (DZD). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
The content, features, and functionality of NextImmo are the exclusive property of NextImmo and are protected by Algerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall NextImmo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.
